"Something wicked this way comes..."
Los Angeles, USA, based Diamonds Hadder, fronted by singer and creator John Evermore, has signed a deal with No Remorse Records for the physical release of their debut record called "Beyond the Breakers". It will be available in deluxe double LP and CD formats. The record was recorded in an old abandoned paint factory on the east side of LA. Created in the aftermath of a wildfire and a premonition, "Beyond the Breakers" has a classic heavy metal sound reminiscent of early bands like Rainbow, Dio, Savatage and Queensrÿche. It started as a dream of a man named Mr. Evermore and documents the trials and tribulations of a life lost, followed by grief, hope and the ultimate survival of the human spirit as well as a possession of sorts and the arrival of a man named Johnathan Hadder. It’s a classic metal tale of how tragic events may bring redemption and salvation through music and how a premonition became reality and a dream prophetic. You can read more about the record in recent interviews in Greece's Rock Pages or the latest edition of Germany's own Deaf Forever magazine (issue 56).
The record was released digitally in July 2023 and you can listen to it on all the standard digital platforms including Spotify and Apple Music. Currently Diamonds Hadder is in LA working on music videos for the tracks "Long is the Road" and "The Ballad of the Dead Rabbit". They should both be released sometime early 2024 along with the physical releases.
