Rough Justice were formed by members of Incubus and Roly Bailey, Phil Crawshay and vocalist Sean Filkins and only made a demo session. After that, the band changed name to Vigilante. The CD includes both bands' material along with photos and bio of the bands. Expect a pure post NWOBHM release.
